The specific Aims and Objectives of the Warsaw Seminar on 'Competences for the Future' were manifold:
- The participants familiarized with and learnt from the viewpoints of both the universities and the world of industry/business.
- The participants actively took part in discussion groups, which were focus on good practice in priority fields such as: work placements, dialogue with the stakeholders, university strategic development, skills upgrading & curriculum development.
On a more general level:
- The target public was given the opportunity to engage in peer learning through a poster session, a voluntary-based 'buddy' system and a special event set up with and for the students.
The overall objective of the Warsaw seminar, along with the other project activities, was to further boost the 'Community' feeling among the participants.
