Round Table for Higher Education Reform Experts (TEMPUS)

This seminar is also an opportunity for bringing together experts of all TEMPUS partner countries. On this occasion, the Executive Agency wishes, in margins of the seminar, to organise a round table with all participating HEREs and give them the floor in order to present their work programmes, specific activities, opinions and prospects as well as to have a glance of the situation related to the reform process in the Higher Education sector of the partner countries.

The Bologna Seminar as such will finish on Saturday, 24 October, with a buffet lunch from 12:30 to 14:00. Therefore, we have planned a round table – with the participation of Commission’s colleagues from various DGs as well – after lunch, from 14:30 to 17:30, also to be held on the Campus of the University of Warsaw where the Seminar takes place.

The agenda will be as follows:
- Short introduction by Mr Klaus Haupt, Head of the TEMPUS unit, EACEA
- Short comments by representatives of Commission DGs
- Oral presentation by each TEMPUS HEREs’ delegation on their activities (around 5 minutes) :
• Work programme
• Specific filed activities achieved: seminars, workshops, speeches, training, etc.
• Relations with Universities, students, authorities responsible for HE
• State of play of the reform process in HE / links with the Bologna process
- Exchange of views
- Conclusions
