The specific Aims and Objectives of the Warsaw Seminar on 'Competences for the Future' are manifold:
- The participants will familiarize with and learn from the viewpoints of both the universities and the world of industry/enterprise.
- The participants will actively take part in discussion groups, which will focus on good practice in priority fields such as: work placements, dialogue with the stakeholders, university strategic development and skills upgrading&curriculum development.
On a more general level,
- the target public will be given the opportunity to engage in peer learning through the poster session, the launch of a 'buddy' system, a special event set up with and for the students and will be given an opportunity to address the plenary during ‘Your time slot’ at the end of the seminar.
The overall Objective is for the Warsaw seminar, along with the other project activities, to further boost the 'Community' feeling among the participants.
The document in attachment provides the learning outcomes proposed for the different parallel sessions. We also encourage you to have a look at the background documents related to the session you will attend.
